Correct, Zico helped on the track! He actually wrote and produced it alongside Psy, and the voice on the beginning saying “You so popular be my formula then I’ll call you a celeb” is Zico’s. He’s also in the background vocals a bit. If you’re familiar with his style, it 100% sounds just like his music haha

But yeah, thousands of people, like myself, have already seen this video. During Psy's Summer Swag concert series in 2019, he showed the entire mv to his audiences on huge screens on stage. Also, subsequently, I guess bootleg versions of the same mv have been up and available on TH-cam for years. Yeah, I was just taken aback when I saw your reaction to this "new" Psy mv.
