Thank you for posting these talks that contrast the way of Jesus with the ways of Herod, Caiaphas, and Josephus.
This series plunged me into the dangerous and exciting world of first-century Palestine, keeping me on the edge of my seat.
Even better, it helped me to better see how to follow Jesus--and how not to.
And I am grateful.
Once again, Eugene Peterson has filled my heart and mind with powerful and helpful images and metaphors that are drawing me closer to God.
And this is no small thing.
So thank you, Pastor Peterson, for this wondrous gift that has come to us out of your long obedience in the same direction.
I appreciate you.
