Breaks are good. Sabbaticals are great. Rest is awesome. It doesn't look the same for everyone. Sometimes, it's stopping to do nothing; other times, it looks like high activity but a different one altogether from the main weekly movement. Mental health relies on balance.
For a workaholic like myself, my rest don't look like the traditional image of one. My rest looks just as busy as work, but the intention is completely different.
