Don't let me deceive you.. they are incredibly hot.. I've just been dealing with them for a while. Heat tolerance is one thing but panic mode is a whole other monster. Knowing what's coming makes it so much easier to deal with this stuff.
@@thepineappler3370 thank you, since it's going to be my first time I'll probably take just a nibble. Considering the red hot peppers are at 10,000 Scoville the ghost Pepper are a bit over a million and the reapers are from 1.5 up to 2 million scovilles. It's amazing how you can tolerate this.
It's a second burn. It's way worse if it happens when the high burn is still going.. but if the mouth and throat burn have gone down.. it's not quite as bad but still horrible.
If you have to pass gas after you ate those... is it equivalent to a CS grenade for others around you? Serious though. I know your tears can get the capsaicin coming out... but what about burps and farts... will that actually be noticeably uncomfortable for people around you? Not talking about the smell lol... inquiring minds want to know. OK maybe not all inquiring minds... just me
Do you have any advice on "how to eat hot", stomach wise? I absolutely love hot peppers (up to 700k) but my stomach and the "meeting" the next day are excruciating.
I grow them.. have been for several years.. I've eaten them from over 50 different growers.. as you can see from the reviews on this channel. I'd agree and have been saying it for years that they're not hot.. but... that's a very BIG BUT... when you get a hot one from a particular region or grower that's carefully isolated their seed.. like these and the ones we got from Mexico.. I will put these against a red Primotalii any day of the week.

Mashed potatoes helps the most I've found. Making a tea from white sage brush helps a lot. I did a video on it.
