The orange that is visible sold the square patch is spray paint i used to make it easier to see in the photographs that I took for documentation of this inspection. I commonly use various colors and types of spray paint whilst inspecting tanks and other difficult to inspect objects. MrEric

from the thumbnail it looked like it was glowing but it was just the flash rust
