      not really. if you had any clue about football you wouldve known before and actually since a long time. benzema has always been good and as mourinho said, even if he doesnt score he does important things for the team. dropping back, opening space for others ( which ronaldo for example knew perfectly how to use ), playing smart passes to initiate offensive plays, being able to hold off balls for his team .. people have to realize that a team is a team and no player himself wins or losses games.
      but sadly most football fans are clueless.

(Juventus fan here)

    • @batmanepicclips
      @batmanepicclips ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@click8708 Ronaldo was the best player in that match. You're so focused on his goals that you didn't realize he did everything that night. He dribbled and created chances for his teammates (no of which were converted). Also, there many times a team can play without scoring the necessary goals to qualify. Example is Juventus vs Barcelona 2017. After 3 goals deficit, Barcelona couldn't score a single goal in Camp Nou even though they battered Juventus with lots of chances. Messi and Neymar played full-time. Remember they overturned 5 goals deficit against PSG. Also remember Lyon Vs Juventus, Ronaldo scored two goals, but it was not enough to say in the competition. The goals are what you need to progress in competitions like Champions league, and Ronaldo provide the goods for that.
      And scoring three goals to help your team overcome a deficit and help your team qualify is one of the impossible things in football and Ronaldo has done it twice with two different teams.
