I wish in platinum and heartgold they use the emerald's double battle format where we choose 3 pokemon and our partner choose the other 3 instead of we having a 12 pokemon fighting the enemies with only six pokemon.

blastoise back sprite is based on the fire red leaf green version. the pokemon's original sprite i ruby sapphire was a little different.

that can’t be true if it’s transferred because it requires national Pokédex to do so

By cheating. Emerald cannot trade with FireRed/LeafGreen until the player gets NatDex which is Postgame.
