Thank you for this back workout. When ever I stand in one place for a long period of time my lower back starts to hurt a bit. Could you tell me some back stretches I could do also??
Oh my goodness, I needed this back workout. I've been doing MBF on Beachbody, but this helped my aching back. Thank you Shaun T!! I think it's time to start doing these workouts as much as I love my Beachbody they tend to hurt my body.
