When the plant root has already dsDNA of nematode, then what is the need to make pairing of dsDNA and mRNA of infectious nematode?I think the pairing of mRNA of nematode and a piece of inert mRNA of of our choice is introduced using an agrobacterium which hinders the formation of dsDNA (ie toxin) in future.

dsDNA isn't the toxin. The mRNA from nematode undergoes translation in the plant cells and thus forms protein which is toxic. The dsDNA already present in the cell prevents this from happening.
