Thanks for the video! does anything need to be re-calibrated after it is put back on?

      From iGuide support:
No, it will not void the warranty. Please ensure you check the manual (attached) for the correct procedure.
The calibration that is part of the "Pro" is the lens calibration, so will not be affected when removing the Theta. Once re-attached, we do recommend processing the "Align 360 Camera" option within Survey's settings, as this will confirm alignment between the lidar to the lens.

Any idea what the size is of the 4 screws on the top? I'm trying to build a small mounting plate for a quick replace for the camera.

Nice. Does it get charged while connected to iGuide? Another question, I don't have iGuide system but considering. I have a Theta Z1 , and I have a plugin that I use to make sure I get best quality images, if I had the plugin active, does the camera take photos with the normal workflow you do with iGuide or there will be a conflict? Cause I would have my own workflow like this: After each shot from iGuide workflow and before moving the tripod to next spot, while the plugin is active and Theta Z1 is connected to its app on the phone, in parallel I take my set of shot which I will post process and then instead of feeding the jpeg files from the iGuide flash drive I give my own jepg files. Do you think that my photos will get processed as if they were the original on flash drive? TIA

Hi, The iGuide system has a battery that powers the system and keeps the camera charged. I believe iGuides system will override your plugin but i'm not 100% sure about that. I think once you're done with iguide and take the camera off the plugin should work as normal. Your workflow seems complicated :) You should reach out to iguide support to ask these questions... I don't want to steer you wrong.

Does it work with the theta app right away once removed?

Thanks for uploading and while I'm here, any opinions on whether the Insta360 1 inch will eventually come to iGuide please.
It appears to equal the Theta Z1 in all reviews by the usual experts.
I want iGuide but waiting for insta360 1 inch compatibility or a new Theta Z, it may be a long wait but Matterport did it.

I don't have any info on this.. it would be great if iGuide could sell adapter plates so we can use other cameras with their system. I just bought the 1-inch and it'd be nice to try out with planix!

So I tried it and can't get my computer to recognize the camera? Only way I can figure out hownto get the photos is a low res image sent to Google photos. I can't even find the raw? Any tips?
