It’s not a waste of time, it’s a very useful video for people who r staying in extreme hot temperatures and can’t stand and cook masala even for few minutes. As I’m living in Italy and right now there is a heatwave I can cook food in the oven with help of this video.
Please be cautious about microwave radiation because of that nutrition from everything might get lost within 30s to 60s. Those are of no use then..better to use OTG which uses air heating instead of radiation heating. Stay healthy.
Actually there is no proven science that there is harmful radiations emitted in a microwave. Futher by microwaving, your food looses no more nutrients than that which would be lost by cooking on a stove.

Coz my model is Convection one, and what I know the difference between two is Convection mode is faster than Microwave mode, so the timing mentioned about all your hack will differ?
