Whatever the sir said is absolutely right. Gents usually kill a lot of time in terms of moving out of branch repeatedly to a nearby Pan shop or for a phone call. I have seen this very closely. And it is ok to complete work asap because females know that they have to reach home and attend their family members that's why they keep up with their efficiency throughout the day. Bank management itself says that improve your efficiency and complete the work by 6pm but as you can see only few have that strong motivation towards completing the task .

How can I enroll for this mock interview?
I watched 2 mock interviews , one is this and the other one I just saw was uploaded by Oliveboard.
In this interview, Sir started with the banking related questions and didn't ask much about the candidate, her background, family, education etc ; while in the Oliveboard video, the panelists focused quite a bit on that.
So this is slightly confusing as to whether much emphasis is given on HR related questions or not , because in this video Sir consistently stressed on the subject matter.
Probably watching more mock interviews will clarify my doubt.

@@VishalSingh-gh7qzI had the same doubt, I watched a video of sir in this video, he said that it depends upon you, if you give alot of insight about your personal life then they will ask questions from that, but if they felt that you are unable to answer banking questions then they will ask banking related.
It all depends upon you, they will find your weak point and ask from that, so it's better to not give them insight about your weak points.

I have seen personally women in bannk chit chatting and asking their male counterparts to complete their work as well because apparently they need to reach their homes even before sunset. We,Men are so not bothered about stuff like this but if sir had said the same thing in reverse, there would be debates running in national tv channels about Sir. How ironic!
