i wanted to say that i watched your previous video a few days ago and it motivated me to start running again, which i am really grateful for! i work from home and spend so much time sitting down - haven’t exercised properly in a long long time despite knowing i should! thank you for your videos, they really do have a positive impact on people 💜

@@nirmic1149 hey! of course! in the past i’ve used a ‘couch to 5k’ type of running app, which i’ve started up again - there are a few apps out there i think but not sure if they’re available everywhere (i’m from the uk!) it’s helpful as you alternate between running/jogging and walking, and gradually increase the time you spend running :) i’m pretty terrible at keeping habits going so also try and leave my running clothes (just a sweatshirt and leggings!) out the day before so it’s easy to put them on once i wake up. once i’m dressed for exercise i find that i’m almost guaranteed to do it?? hope you find something that works for you :)

home and spend so much time sitting down - haven’t exercised properly in a long long time despite knowing i should! thank you for your videos, they really do have a positive impact on people 💜
Heya friend, might I ask you how you started the habit of running again ? It's been way too long i haven't ran and i would love to know how you're getting used to running again. :)
@@nirmic1149 hey! of course! in the past i’ve used a ‘couch to 5k’ type of running app, which i’ve started up again - there are a few apps out there i think but not sure if they’re available everywhere (i’m from the uk!) it’s helpful as you alternate between running/jogging and walking, and gradually increase the time you spend running :) i’m pretty terrible at keeping habits going so also try and leave my running clothes (just a sweatshirt and leggings!) out the day before so it’s easy to put them on once i wake up. once i’m dressed for exercise i find that i’m almost guaranteed to do it?? hope you find something that works for you :)
