I would say Phil 2 to 1 here. Victor is a clean b boy , but his traditional style is showing its age. The newer b boys are using more free movements and directions and can be on beat like Victor.

No musicality. Precise, well executed, clean. But that’s it. Phil was not sloppy what so ever. Didn’t have a single slip up or crash. Man answered out the gate. Executed. Display much more originality & musicality. Actually danced. & was still precise on utilizing his originality to the music. I don’t understand how you don’t see it. Dope Vic was on point. But Phil stepped it up a level. It’s so obvious. When you break down there rounds it’s clear as day.
