Awesome 🎉🎉🎉 I live in the PNW and am SUPER stoked to take this out into the forest 🌲 my friends and I do a lot of renegades. I’m going to pair 2 DFB with 2 EV Everse 8. I got the pro receivers and transmitters a month ago for the set up and have been rocking them at house parties to run music all over the house and people have been loving it. SKAA is Rad!! Now back to compulsively checking my email for a shipping confirmation 😅
@@bboymac84 and now I’ve got two new speakers coming Sunday 😅😂 this is what I wanted all along and I missed the release notice…I love the 8s but wanted something that no question could truly rival the SoundBoks 3 and 4. I’m going to keep the 8s for certain situations and monitoring and I can chain 8 and 12 to left and right with SKAA for some ridiculously epic sound. I hope my body is ready 💥
Great new product folks! I am kind of surprised you didn't send a few out for reviews to boost orders. Could have capitalized on people excitement! Looking forward to seeing some demo paired with the Soundbox. May very well be my summer bush rave system.
Was looking forward to getting one but decided to go with the exm pro sub instead. I would have liked to see xlr inputs, so you're not forced to buy a transmitter for it to work with speakers that aren't skaa, and it seems a little underpowered compared to the prosub.
We're going to be pumping out plenty more videos on the DFB soon, but there IS an outdoor specific EQ setting that it ships with! Just wanted to give that heads up :D -Phil

I really hope that you can get them shipped from the EU as well. I've got two Soundboks 3s and a Dani, a DFB or two would be a killer addition but I am not looking forwards to the shipment and import taxes.

If you're stacking up multiple DFB subs for storage, we would recommend tipping them up on their back. In addition to the big rubber feet on the bottom, there are 4 more smaller rubber feet on the back, for transport and storage.
@@SKAAsound NO NO... i mean when in use...if end user wants to use more than one sub in a stack....how do the subs stack on top of each other so they are secure?
There is no locking mechanism if you choose to stack multiple DFBs on top of each other; however, the big rubber feet on the bottom of each DFB should keep them in place.
@@SKAAsound I think this could be dangerous.. ie if subs r stacked and a top speaker is placed on top...sub vibration can cause speaker stack to fall n hit ppl . Other subs have physical stacking solution to prevent issues like this.

Would one DFB work well soundwise with 2 Soundboks speakers and one Dani? Probably best to position the DFB in between them for live setups?

I want to be able to mount on a wall - is that possible in any way or is it required/best to use on ground surface?
