hi! i recommend coconut water if you want to hydrate extra on some days cause its a natural source of electrolytes! the liquid iv tastes funny cause the salt and its purpose is more for replacing electrolytes you lost from fluid loss like sweating or drinking too much, but it doesn't hydrate you more than water would if you don't have low electrolytes already :) you end up just peeing the electrolytes out lol
