I get in his face and force him to melee (For Phase 1, phase 2 a little different), , except I solo run him with fenny mostly with a SR Fenny for back up (mistakes I make mean I start again).. My trouble is Hela, I having Marian Swift yet his explosive rounds hitting the floor would destroy me and I felt like im hitting Hela like a wet noodle. I was switching between Marian and Chinxing with her choas AR. You made it look so easy.
Yeah shotgun works best with Bison if you don't care for max point (elec resist modifier). For Hela it's easier to cheese it by staying behind its back 24/7 at close range. This will prevent it from using any move beside the disco lightball one. If you really want to use sniper, then go with a healer and maybe Cherno for quick qte dodge.

Focus on the 2 main dps on your team first. Get their logistic to +15 and their weapon to max lv.
eh with yoa you can just ignore all the part breaking and aim at his head. 50x faster than this.
