Wunderschöne Interpretation dieser perfekt komponierten Triosonate im lyrischen Tempo mit gut phrasiertem Ton der Blockflöte und zurückgehaltenen Töne anderer Instrumente. Die intime und perfekt vereinigte Mitwirkung zwischen den drei unvergleichlichen Virtuosen ist immer noch unübertrefflich. Einfach wunderbar!

La résilience par la flûte à bec , cela paraît anodin , et pourtant je l'ai vécu , et ainsi se supporte une jeunesse devenue acceptable parce que en quête de valeurs dans un monde qui est en train de les perdre toutes.Mais peut-être est-ce ce que vivent tant de jeunes de nos jours, si virtuoses ds cet instrument , dignes héritiers de cette tradition que Franz Bruggen , avec tous ces redécouvreurs de musique ancienne, a su inaugurer .

It's very different... but if you listen carefully, you'll hear the same Bruggen of later years. Not crap. Just a reflection of his thinking at that time...

I can appreciate the simple attractiveness and slightly anonymous quality of this version, but the later recording for Seon, with Bob van Asperen and Bijlsma, is like night and day, full of drama, passion, and shockingly brutal sounds. Gotta say, I much prefer the Seon set. This Telefunken set could be any decent recorder player. The Seon is unmistakably, inimitably and unforgettably Brüggen.
