The most sensitive sides are the left and right side of the mic, it’s got like this weird X shaped thing under the mic mesh that gives it the 360 audio. I didn’t build them or anything I’m just giving my best guess. The sound sucks when she scratches the front and back but go crazy when it’s the sides of the mics
I enjoy the wet mouth sounds, which I find to be very calming and satisfying! I even enjoy the subtle sticky mouth sounds that occur naturally when you speak or whisper! These are amazing sounds I think and always softly and slowly!❤️😘🥰🥱😴

Ticka Ticka is a fave dry mouth. no on the eating all together. Manipulated mouth sounds I liked! don't have a lot of experience listening to those triggers. Some I like some I don't but got actual tingles from some! awesome!
I do all the sounds for my Grandkids except the eating sound. A good mouth sound gets their attention. I never thought of it as a therapy. Thank you for what you do.
