HALIBUT FISH WITH RICE WINE

You need
halibut fish
sesame oil
pepper
onions
garlic
rice wine
vinegar
coriander leaves
black bean sauce
method:
1.)pan fry or grill fish...set aside into a dish
2.)saute onions and garlic
3.)add in black bean sauce mix with wine
4.)add vinegar..boil
5.))pour in sauce into the fish
garnish with coriander leaves
serve hot.
