- Shaktipat is a rare and sacred spiritual initiation where the awakening of the divine energy (Kundalinī Shakti), residing in you in a dormant state, begins gradually to work for your liberation and enlightenment. It is the awakening of your consciousness, of your true Self.
In this video Jan gives shaktipat for 20 minutes. Just empty your mind and then feel the shakti and love. Look Jan in the eyes or at the third eye. Initially pray to the Divine Mother to show you her grace and awaken your kundalini.

Jan Esmann is an enlightened Kudanlini shaktipat master who was born on January 18, 1960 in Copenhagen. He teaches and transmits shaktipat, with the highest teachings being transmitted in silence during meditation. He is an avadhut, meaning a jivan mukta or a spiritually liberated being, who is considered a spiritual anarchist and tends to hide in solitude for their spiritual practices.

Thank you for this amazing video/transmission its was very powerful!
I think its worth mentioning here, I work with energies and do healing, in person and distance, these energies are very powerful, however, I never feel ANYTHING from shaktipat. And in no way am I saying that its not real? , I think its all about frequency, some healers work in different frequencies, so always be open-minded. If you don't feel anything it could be that you are just more atuned to other bands of energy. It does not mean you are more or less than those that do. Everything is Energy everything is the frequency and the universe gives you what you need when you. you need it. Thank you Jan for you work I know people who have greatly benefited from it.

I think it's miraculous that you posted this and that you are still available. Please check your email... You probably don't know the story of JG Bennett and the blue woman. You see, Sabud is a shaktipat teaching which manifests much like kundalini. Unfortunately I can't locate the blue woman, but when I was going to the fourth way, it was talked about at one point. I will post it when I remember where. Again, thank you for making this video available.
