- chicken wings 500 gms / 1/2 kg
- salt 1 tbl spoon
- white vinegar 5 tbl spoon
- water as required
( Marination time 30 minutes, then separate chicken wings and discard water
2nd Marination
- salt 1 tea spoon
- 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 piece chicken cube or / 1 table spoon chicken powder
- red chilli powder 1 tea spoon heap
- 1/2 tea spoon Black pepper
- 1 tea spoon Oregano
- 1 tbl spoon Mustard paste
- 1 egg
- kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon
- all purpose flour 1 kg or as required
- oil for frying
- water as required
Marination time 2 to 6 hours or overnight
