Lol ummm I think his teacher is considered the master....I just learned of darren dasan lee and at first I thought his technique looked very similar to my favorite bassist and his tone reminded me of him too...then I noticed he's playing a bass the master makes....the master 'forest lapointe' is his bass teacher....beyond creation and first fragments bassist if u didn't know...and this guy has only been playing since July of 2019....he looks like a teenager....ima say this guy will be thee all time master in a few short years and anyone that picks up a bass will know his name
