Pork steak with mashed potatoes and garlic

Make a great steak from piece of pork neck. Easy and fast. All you have to do is heat the pan properly and roast the meat on it. While waiting for the steak to be done, you'll be able to prepare great garlic mashed potatoes, that'll go perfectly with the steak.
