Can I get my algo bot strategy that I build in NT8 to use the currently selected ATM strategy on chart trader, when it places orders.... Or add an Input that had drop down of ATM Strategies so it could be chosen on the fly.... I use some algo's on multiple Instruments and they all have different temperaments =)
I know I can program the targets and stops, but when it comes to trailing and auto breakeven stuff, that can get complicated....

I'm just wanting some clarification about how to bracket OCO orders. I want to be able to do both breakouts as well as "inside bounces". Which means I need to be able to do what you demonstrated with a long position entered above price and a short position below price. and I see that those are done with stop limit orders. Fair nuff. But what I'm having difficulty with is figuring out what order type and hotkeys I need to press, to be able to place a long position BELOW price, and a short position ABOVE price in anticipation of a ranging market, hitting a supply or demand zone, and bouncing back the opposite direction. I must be doing something wrong because I keep getting error messages, telling my I'm trying to place an invalid order type when I try placing the second order. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi Lutefisk, it sounds like you're interested in learning more about Limit or Market if Touched orders. We put together a couple articles with videos that explain order types in detail. They can be found at the following links:
      ninjatrader.com/blog/3-basic-order-types-explained/
      ninjatrader.com/blog/3-advanced-trading-order-types-explained/
You can find more information about how both order types work in NinjaTrader here: ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt8/en-us/submitting_orders_superdom.htm
As always, feel free to reach us at platformsupport@ninjatrader.com with any additional questions you may have.

Hey, What’s the name of the indicator that provides the dark & light blue tint behind the candles?

go watch Charting 101 video and they show you how to set it up. it's not an indicator, but two different time frames on the same chart.

If you watch this about 500 more times, you might be able to understand it.

it's just the fact that the video and audio get a bit out of sync.. which yea, makes it a little confusing.

the on demand version is much better quality of video. perhaps they should all be made on demand?

Gotta say that I agree with some comments below. This looks like helpful information, but it is presented so badly and the video at times isn't even in sync with the audio. You really should consider redoing this to make it more clear

May I mention that one cannot implement templates or strategies unless an account holder buys a lease. I view this as nonsense.

expensive gouging for BASIC tools (DOM, chart trading, OCO orders, etc) included free by every other brokerage. To make it worse, Ninja also charges for each month inactivity AND taking out YOUR money

Video started out great until the audio got over 13 seconds out of sync a little over half way thorough. After that, the video was so far behind that you couldn't make sense of it. Why would you go ahead and post something that bad? That shows that your company is ok with messed up stuff. 6 yrs later and it's still up here. That's trash business.
