I am so glad you spoke about that Tennyson video, because I felt it. Will has 100% done CrossFit before…for sure, and this was intentionally spun to make it appear the way it did. On the flip side of this, someone who is exploring fitness options, with no working knowledge of Will, Mat, or CrossFit, could easily take this content in as real, and be discouraged by it. Two things can be true at the same time ❤
