I also got v2 = 41 from the compression ratio, but according to the cutoff ratio, v3 = rc*v2 = 1.8*41 = 73.8. That is much different than the v3 value you got from temperature interpolation, which was 6.8. It doesn't seem like this interpolation method is very accurate.
Aren't Points 1 and 4 isochoric? Shouldn't they have the same volume and relative volume? You found that vr1 = 738 and vr4 = 68. Those are substantially different values when they should be the same - you even used v4=v1 as a step in that equation. I am very confused!
