I hear you! Certain parts has to be skipped as they weren’t as presentable (ie spare bedroom, garages etc) and we had an audio issue at the jacuzzi area so I had to leave that somewhat hanging as wel🤔

The house is stunning but the agent could do better, she didn't share much of the intimate details of the house, there is a room she used to enter the main bedroom but she didn't show us what that room was used for, and the sonar room is there only one entrance to it? I mean if you have a guest sleeping in that room you can't go through it to get to the sonar, she also didn't care to show us the outside of the house had Xavier not mentioned the sneak peak of the garden we wouldn't have seen it. Thank you Xavier for your effort to ensure that we see the garden. I hope she does better in the next viewing.

The additional jacuzzi area next to the main bedroom was a bit of a mess up - the audio didn't work out there, but I thought it was rather important to still show that space. It just happened to be without explanatory audio..😳 We were at first not allowed to go into that last bedroom / gym area, but we insisted as it offered quite a bit for us to just skip it - even though it wasn't that presentable, I'm glad I did. And indeed - if anyone wants to use that outdoor sauna space, through that bedroom/gym you must go as it's the only entrance, which is definitely not ideal if you have visitors staying there!
