If I remember correctly Dipika has thyroid trouble, a word of caution -constant weight gain and loss is not best for such condition. She walks and light walks is good but going on and off with weight gain and loss not good.

Outfits are good. It may help to have a mixed wardrobe of western to make up for what Indian salwars don't help with. Somehow in Indian outfits not stitched and worn astutely some tardiness sets in.

Fantastic deepika , I was too very obesely overweight (103 kg) as I was an emotional eater , but now I am just 76 kgs ....I opted for a healthy lifestyle .. I train for at leasr 4_5 days .....I stopped consuming processed sugar as it promotes stubborn fat , diabetes and also promotes cancer cells and also I stopped consuming salt altogether....I see that you guys have a lot of sugar , if yiu need to go for coconut sugar or monk fruit , which doesn't spike insulin . All the best on this healthy journey....I can already see that amazing jawline coming back which uiu had in sasural simar ka
