She has been playing with Will! Will and QT played a few games on stream the other day and also mentioned they were playing off stream the day prior. Not sure if Myth played but she also said she played a few games with FanFan after Will too.
Any time I've heard QT say that she has no friends, I can't help but feel a little bad for people like Will or Hasan, who are clearly some kind of friend to her. Obviously, I don't decide how she views people. There are even people in my life who may call me their friend, but I personally don't feel like I have any friends. But I look at what QT has and can't help but wish I was as fortunate as her.
I mean, first off, she has friends and refers to people as friends, she’s being hyperbolic when she says things like that. But also, the thing to keep in mind is that these people are also coworkers, and not just coworkers but so much of their social activities are broadcasted it’s just a very different dynamic than a normal friendship
I’m sure she considers them friends but she has also said that her and Maya talked for a year on the phone as friends before they had 100% trust. QT has seemingly gotten closer to Will and Hasan but that’s scary with a history of being hurt by people you’ve called friends so it takes time, I’m sure especially in a work environment. What she says she desperately wants also is a version of Maya that doesn’t live 100’s of miles away which is why she expresses loneliness. No matter how much Hasan cares, he likely can’t be a Maya. It’s just not in his DNA. I say this as someone who has had similar experiences to what QT has described.
I think its bad for us to weigh in on their dynamic. we will never know the reality. im willing to bet qtcinderella is joking, but if shes not who cares, it's their choice :P qtcinderlla has talked about how hard it is to make friends in the streaming space (aside from maya) because of all the inevitable airing out of drama that occurs between streamer friends. can't be good for your health
On the Lud & QT episode of Wine About It, she said that all relationships in the streamer space are professional. At the end of the day, streamers are just normal people. They might not necessarily get along with others when the camera is off.
