6:16 I LOVE when already experienced people share things like this with us who are just starting. It's so important to have it stated that no one knows EVERYTHING, that Google is your friend. It helps A LOT with the impostor syndrome! Thank you for sharing this moment!
The Queen of the FM is back. These tuts are the best CSS tuts right now. Modern, sleek FM designs and your modern, well thought and explained code. This is something different and this is something much needed, this is something that makes your channel UNIQUE among other css channels. I would gladly pay good money for the course that would consist of such a tutorials (FM -> CSS).
I just found your channel but I find these SUPER helpful. Particularly this one as this is about where I'm at with my learning so it's really awesome to see a pro work their way through this.
At 17:00 there is a useful shortcut to quickly paste each line. After you create the list copy each of the seven lines of content that are going into the list items. Then put the cursor inside the first li bracket and either alt + click inside each subsequent li or press ctrl + alt + down arrow and this will put multiple cursors. Then you can just paste with ctrl + v and it should put different text in each li.
Would make me the happiest gal in the world if you did more Frontend Mentor projects like this. I hit a roadblock with responsive design on the "Social Proof Section" and this was an answer to a prayer. So excited to dig in! I did this specific project a few days ago, but I am going to do it again with you because I need help with making my web pages responsive to mobile.
I didnt know what is saas until I watched your previous video after knowing saas i feel like its more easier to compile css and much more organized in every way. I think saas is better than css please make videos using saas and your way of explaining things are way more clear thank you
Hello. Will you consider posting a video on how saturated the market is for Web Dev? It seems like everyone is getting on the band wagon. As a person that is now learning the building blocks of Web Dev (HTML, CSS, JS) and ultimately heading into full stack, will there be enough jobs for us in the following year- assuming we’re post-Covid? Thank you.
hey Jessica, you really inspire me with your CSS ninja skills, thanks for the tutorial! 💕 I should use rem more, didn't know about the accessibility pro-tip
Why not doing border-box and fontsize on * ? Isn't using html tag useless with * tag? I also font see the point of using em instead of px for the media queries 🤔
I will definitely watch this video soon! I really appreciated your landing page tutorial. Helped me a lot to learn great standards. Thank you! How do you feel about dashboards written in java script frameworks? Do you code that as well? Greetings from Sweden.
Depends on what you think the majority of the users will be accessing your website or it's intended purpose. If it's majority desktop users, then start with that, if majority mobile, work starting from there.
🌟 If you like my VS Code theme, you can get it now! Link in the description ⬆️
It is so cool
