A video guide for the Treasure Chest Daily Collectibles for the Cayo Perico Heist Update.
These can be found on the Island (2 per day) giving $25,000 & 1000 RP each.
Every day there will be 1 on land, 1 underwater. I will be showing the 2 locations for today.
You can ONLY collect these during a SCOPE mission (Gather Intel) for Cayo Perico Heist, NOT during FINALE.
There is an award associated with it called "Treasure Hunter" which you can go for (50 Chests for Platinum award - 25 days of collecting).
These will update daily at 1:00 AM EST, try not to be in a GTA Online session at this time.
If you are it may cause your chest spawn to get bugged out for the day. Try to log off before this time & then log back in after this time.

Is there a point to it?
$25,000 and 1,000 RP per chest after 50 you get an award. For grinders it's a easy way to make back the 100k cost for the heist.
I mean it's still a waste of time lol. It would be different if you could go to the island while the heist is on cooldown if you cant do the replay glitch. I mean with ppl like you showing the locations it's another story but like spending hours searching for them for only 30k is not worth at all

@@c9zyra294 For me, it's not. I scoop up them and the hidden cashes during the scope out mission and make my 100K set up fee back.
