Best city in Karnataka is Mangalore. It has warm beaches, lush green mountains, rivers, waterfalls, delicious seafoods, airport, seaport, railway station. Mangalore is located such that you can easily visit Kerala, Goa, Mumbai, chikmangaluru, madikeri and return same day. It has warm tropical weather. Temperature rarely exeeds above 35° C during summer and rarely goes below 20°C during winter.
Lord Parashuram Gifted us this land of Konkan Coast . He chose Kadri hills to Throw his Axe to Sea . Sea went back to that extend of Axe fell . Kadri Hill is famous for Yogi Gorakshanath Math , A Branch of Gorkhanath math At Gorakhpur . They brought Two Shivaling . One ling is At Kadi temple another Ling been taken to Dharmasthal by Lord Annappa as per the request from Sri Vadiraj , Udupi math . Kadri is also famous for a 500 BC Padmasambhava idol , kept protected and public view .
Nice video. I like Mangalore and its people. All r active and busy to the chore. This was my observation when I was there for 3 days as a tourist. People give less weightage to eating and always keep running. That is the reason city is always young.
