Ingridients:-
Mutton curry cuts 1 kg
Onions 300-400 gm
Tomatoes 200-250 gm
Salt To Taste
Coriander seeds 1 Spoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Spoon
Cooking Saunf 1/4 spoon
Javitri 1 no
Black Cardamom 2no
Green Cardamom 4-5
Black Pepper Whole 10-12
Bay leaf 4 no
Dried Kashmiri chilly/Kashmiri Mirch powder 5-6 no
Cinemon Stick 3-4
Nutmeg 1/4 no
Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli powder 1/2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Refined oil 120 ml
Green Chillies 2 no
Chopped Fresh Coriander
