- I already know right out of the gate, this is gonna be a controversial episode. We are talking through the seven boundaries that we have put in place from the very beginning of marriage to protect our marriage against infidelity. I don't know what you guys are gonna think about these, but they have served us and our goal is that you can maybe take one or two or be inspired to create some of your own so that we can all enjoy long, healthy, happy marriages.
Love these, my wife and I have done most of these since we started dating. We’ve definitely have a few arguments with friends bc I won’t do things alone w female mutual friends and vise versa for her.
I will say on the Instagram note- I had a lot of issue with that problem on Instagram and Tik tok until I started saving reels I liked to show my wife. Then everything cleaned up and I haven’t had a problem since. Before I was the type of person to not interact w anything, but since I started intentionally engaging w what I want to see more of my feed has been pretty fine with just a few exceptions.
dude, the whole instagram thing is SO true!!! i made a new account to correspond with this channel and showed it to my wife before i'd ever done ANYTHING on and it is literally nothing but half-naked women 😢It's so sad and so wrong man... Love your all transparency in all these episodes! please keep them coming!

I have a healthy marriage myself and pretty much I do have same boundaries as you guys, so I do agree that in Marriage you need these. It is weird for me for a couple to not have access to each other phone actually, maybe its an american thing (freedom and privacy). Like, can you say you are married? Its weird... As for the 1 on 1 coach to female, I think probably you can offer 1 on 2 instead of 1 on 1?( like their husband needs to be on it too). I dont know, just a thought. Great episode by the way, me and my wife enjoy it!
