How It Works:
1️⃣ Product Flow & Weighing:
Free-flowing grains like rice flow by gravity from surge hoppers into a bagging scale’s internal weigh hopper. While one batch is being weighed, another pre-weighed batch is dropped into a bag automatically clamped to the filling spout.
2️⃣ Bag Filling & Closing:
Once filled, the bags drop onto a conveyor for automatic sewing. At the same time, an automatic bag hanger simultaneously places an empty bag onto the filling spout, ensuring a seamless operation cycle.
3️⃣ Bag Orientation & Inspection:
Filled and sewn bags are oriented by a turning conveyor before passing through a metal detector for quality assurance.
4️⃣ Palletizing:
Bags from all four lines are conveyed to robotic palletizers that stack them neatly onto shipping pallets. Operators then transport the pallets to shipping or storage using forklifts.
