Driving a Turbo Car for the last 8 years, I have been exposed to all the ups and downs of turbo. At this juncture, knowing Malaysian roads and climate, a NA Engine would serve the best and a best value for money in the long run. As mentioned by the reviewer, the 2.0 is Engine that is Tenang and runs without any fuss. At the end of the day, that is what i look for, without any fuss. Thank you for the review and it gives a great insight on the CRV 2.0 model.
You are right, the R20 engine is a proven workhorse with hardly any issue. Less maintenance and quieter ride, perfect for my needs which is mostly city driving. It's family car anyway, you're not going to race with it. Also I like the silver trim inside, looks much nicer than the 1.5 wood trim which makes you feel much older.

A change of tyres to the likes of Conti UC6 SUV will improve much in terms of body roll, noise, and handling performance. That is how important a good set of tyres can be for your vehicle.
good car..2.o is everyday car with out any worry about turbo mantenance..i lovethis car..cant wait crv 2023 all new model next..n resale value is really make me happy..
Dah guna sebulan.....body roll x de teruk sangat....layan highway karak best jer. Bising tayar hanya bila permukaan tarmac yg teruk (menggerutu). Power mmg sekadar mencukupi. Bila memotong akan lambat la. Kerusi keras...😅. Pendapat aku lah.

bila dengar bunyi tayar dalam cabin tu consider as normal takdelah rasa sedih sgt after 3 years using factory tyres…baru tukar tayar baru yesterday and the sound slightly decreased…so for now happy using this car except for the ‘normal’ cabin noise…done like and subscribe..💪👍

Memandangkan keadaan ekonomi dan kekurangan cip. Tambahan lineup kereta yg begitu byk utk Honda, saya rasa crv akan sampai... Paling awal pun akhir 2023/2024. Jadi, Kalau boleh Dapat Diskaun yg baik, boleh beli juga.

I have 2021 CR-V 1.5L TC-P 2wd, there's a rattling noise everywhere, much like the old Proton. Cheap plastic is everywhere. Really fooling people. Others problems are brake disc sounds, steering, battery and many others. This price to buy just only the engine and space, is expensive, not worth it. Less than a year later, the chair was making an abnormal noise, like the sizzling sound of a cheap sofa at home. In terms of sound insulation, it is very unsuitable for a car of this price.
thank you for voicing out. i dont really understand why others prefer to shut their mouth about the rattling and NVH issues. all the plastics in crv feels cheap but honda manages to make it look "expensive".
If you are carrying family always, do bring them along during test drive to see if they like the ride at the back. Ask for a 2.0 test drive if u r buying a 2.0. Normally showroom car is 1.5TC-P high spec. Good luck
