Avg speed is probably around 50 that's why. That's how these things work, best mileage comes when your avg speed is between 40-60

Obviously you can but not in one go....every 80-90 kms you should be taking atleast 15 mins break to let the engine cooldown and also take a short walk to keep ur body relaxed
