Yes, a fantastic experience actually, not sure just how impressive it is really comes across on the video. I would highly recommend a visit.

"not designed to be safe"! quite the understatement. On the bucket list it goes. It's like a scene from Journey to the Centre of the Earth by Jules Verne Thanks agains for a fascinating video!

I did think that hard hats may be a good addition, in some places the ceiling was really low!

Your voice softens and is often almost inaudible at times, Andrew, which is a shame because your videos are always informative - and thank you for sharing them with us. Maybe you should consider investing in a microphone?

Agreed, I also struggle with wind noise at the moment.... I will be looking to improve this in July, but have recorded videos to the end June now.

One of the most visited tourist attractions of Lakonia & it is a total joke infrastructure wise. The road is an absolute disgrace and hasn’t changed in years.

Agreed, more could be done with it, was a fantastic experience though too.

@@GreeceExplored Lakonia has so much to offer but the prefecture is run by clowns who have no idea what they are doing. For example, when you visited Sparta & the Cenotaph of Leonidas, was it open or did it have an information plaque giving you details on when it was built etc. etc. ?

@@peterkatsambis9415 No it wasn't, but it is the same for example in Arcadia with the villa of Herrodicus Atticus, or Argos with Lerna, unfortunately a matter of funding I think, though I agree the Diros experience could be improved, especially with the number of visitors
