Wanting to repeat the success of his first viral videos, Marquel continued recording his disruptive interactions with people in the city for close to a year, all while fostering a fanbase that cheered on his questionable approach to content every step of the way. Eventually, Marquel pissed off Baltimore so much, that they took to the courts to get him to stop. This is the Plainpotatoess story.
