I agree. 600 gold medals in live arena should be worth 1200 silver or 1800 bronze medals. There is something like this with the classic arena great hall (where, if I recall correctly, 1 gold medal is equal to 1 bronze medal or 2 silver medals. It should be similar in live arean).
Yup, but we will fight those who do, in your daily PvP fights, thus making it harder to win. Good times for us F2P gamers, who are increasingly marginalized in this game.
Fix the hydra, remove maximum health of decapitated heads; fix tag team or maybe remove it; work on Cursed city, FW and Doom tower, good content, needs new bosses; new mino stages, with next levels of champion progression, this investment should be atlelast halved.
Hyped for a new boss but I was hoping for a pure PVE clan activity and I don't think I'm alone on that one. A challenge for clans to overcome internally without having to compete with other clans at the same time, that's what a clan boss should be.
One of the biggest problems with Raid, in my opinion, which has been driving me further and further away from the game, is the lack of communication between you and your clan. Sieges have become hell because of this. Even if we have to use other methods of communication outside of the game, the lack of communication between players in the current clan already makes it difficult to promote other means of communication. I don't think it would be difficult to implement a way to send messages, other than that horrible chat that doesn't even notify you of what was sent. Even if it's just so the clan leader can send messages to members. Raid continues to be a very antisocial game and everyone has gotten used to it, even after several additions of content that require communication. Everyone enters the game, does their thing and life goes on. There aren't even training battles between members to test teams, zero interaction between members. Sorry for the rant.

Do not expect or demand that everyone in your clan or in any clan be interactive or communicative. Often, real life interferes with or prevents one from communicating much in clan chat or discord, and sometimes people simply prefer playing without communicating with others. This happens in many games. Everyone has their own lives and activities and the freedom to play how they want. Enjoy the game and try to get into a clan where you are comfortable with the level of communication between clan mates. Don't expect every clan member to be communicative. Despite these things, its good that you are communicative and want clan mates to do so as well. Such can enhance clan CvC and siege performance and rewards.
@@KingJehovah I am the clan leader and I see many, many mistakes made by clan members and I simply cannot do anything about it, because the game's communication is horrible. One of the members who joined the Discord recently had been in the clan for 2 months, and said he didn't even know the clan had Discord, even though I posted the Discord link every day, but none of my messages get notifications. At this point, we are going to lose another Siege, because everyone attacks randomly, without any coordination, so those who communicate and want to participate are simply harmed. I have tried to simply leave only Discord members, but it is not possible to participate in the Siege due to a lack of teams, because the problem is not the players who do not want to communicate, but the game's communication, which is terrible, because many times they do not even know that there is this communication option. Raid has a game system that requires strategy, but there is no way to do strategy without communication.
They've pretty much admitted they can't increase the gear inventory without it severely impacting on server load. Game either has to permanently store gear data or load it every time you click on that Champions button. I imagine they're running out of memory, particularly on mobile phones....

They should have a minimum of 10,000 artifact space in storage, and let each player buy more artifact space (e.g., 200 gems for 200 more spaces to store more artifacts).
@@KingJehovah Yup. It would only benefit everyone including Plarium. Even just 2000 spaces instead of 1500 would be amazing. I literally dont farm most times because I don't have the space. More space = more farming = more energy burned. I don't understand how plarium doesn't recognise this.
They said in a previous video that further increasing artifact space was reaching the limits of the hardware the RAID app runs on. They don't want to make a bad experience when running the game.

All they need to do is install more memory for each server, perhaps merely only 10-20 terabytes of memory (basically, one memory tower or even just a board of chips added to an existing memory tower in a server location). It's not expensive or laborious, but it would require doing so in a few different locations (where their servers are located). All it takes is a decision on their part and it's easy and not expensive to implement.
@@antonfidd3795 One thing you can do is put gear on champs that you don't use, then put them in the master vault. Then when you go to regear your account, move them back to your collection, do the re-gear, then put them back in the master vault. It's one way to increase artifact/accessory storage space. I typically only put certain sets on champs that I keep in the vault. Then if I'm looking to equip a champ with one of those sets, I'll pull those champs out of the vault, do the gearing with such sets, then put them back in the vault.
If the relic materials are only made available in the highest levels of the clan shop, they will be a bust because then that means they are only available to most players through Live Arena and Siege. The latter is also mainly the domain of the higher clans and most players won't win enough in Live Arena. This seems like it is being set up to widen the gap between the top 10% of players and the rest of the player base even more.
I was just thinking about how background multi battles would be a pipe dream, but here we go!! Also interested in the market rework, it looks more like a “reorganization” than an actual improvement to the market tho 😭

Oooh! A new system that makes our characters stronger! Is each gemstone gonna cost 2 sacred shards this time? Is it gonna take a full year to obtain a good relic? I can't wait! WOW! A QoL update that allows players to use their energy twice as fast on content that most people don't care about anymore because leveling in dungeons is more efficient! Forget about the fact that so much time is still spent on farming potion keeps and minotaurs! More new champions!! I can't wait to open the champion index so I can look at the champions I'll never get while still vaulting majority of the champions that I do have!!

A few more QOL suggestions though: can we please have (1) a way to upgrade multiple artifacts or accessories at a time, (2) a way to sort our inbox by artifact/accessory rank and rarity, and (3) a way to sell artifacts and accessories straight from our inbox without collecting them first? Artifact/accessory cleanses are one of the most time consuming tasks in this game...

Creative nonsensical broken combinations can’t exist in a game mode where pvp exists. Hydra would have been perfectly fine with everyone doing 100 billion damage if it didn’t break the clash element. But instead everyone got frustrated, the hydra changes came in and made everyone more frustrated, and now everyone hates hydra, where as before when it was a pure PVE game mode everyone seemed to enjoy it. I think adding PVP to an inherently PVE game mode has shown to cause tension and frustration in the player base instead of encouraging interesting and unique solutions to the challenge. With Chimera Clash it’s just going to turn into “well this person has this champion so I guess we just lose”

I'm going to give you my Hits and misses on this update. The biggest Hit is the background battles. That right there is going to help so many people. Mostly for farming Minotaur. A Miss is how you still left out other important QoL changes needed. Like Minotaur would be so good with Super Raids or even more Levels. And the live arena changes are nice. There's still tons of work needed to be done on Regular and (desperately) Tag Arena. For me, I see stronger teams in silver Tag then I do in regular Plat arena.
If this is balanced well, it looks really good. That's gonna be the main factor. If people can do without extreme hassle, they'll like it and it will lead to a lot of complainers otherwise. I hope it's the former, because that relic system looks like a nice way to increase versatility and make more unique builds.
Yeah, that was a bad intro, but the Chimera itself looks awesome, and the numerous other coming changes are spectacular. Background multibattles in particular will be very helpful.
With the addition of this new Chimera boss they should add primal shards as a reward, cause we can all see that this boss is gonna become a new mandatory amd tedious requirement for most clans especially the ranked ones!!

Wow, so many new exciting news, thank you! Background multi-battle is a must, I honestly don't understand why we don't have it yet. I started to play alt accounts because you can do nothing on main while all these repeating battles are running, quite ridiculous and boring
Sounds about right. Instead of making the under played game modes (Live arena, siege), lets just stick the new items in there so they have to do them :). Sticking hard to their motto of "Better than nothing, but not by much!". No wonder the game has fallen off a cliff.
Im excited for the new changes. One thing you can consider in hydra though is reworking taunt. If taunt is active the hydra will devour the taunt champion. Which will not break the hydra mechanics. The increasing amount of damage to free a champion helps keep any. Possible abuse in check and people would be more willing to give hydra another shot since they have taunt champions built. The relics are a great idea but i think there will be balance issues to look out for as eventually somebody will figure out which champion becomes way to overpowered with the right relics. Backround dungeon runs are a great idea!

I don't know if you read the user feedback, but the enforced live arena battle made me more comfortably start the day in classic and tag team without worring to check what today's quest is or building specific teams for the tag ones. I started doing live arena which I hated and while it still takes too long to pick the teams and I only have one I really enjoy the rewards - daily and now I want that cheat that drops red shards. I am afraid of that gold which I will climb faster now, as I really don't have the teams for dupes... Overall, despite the initial disdain I started playing live arena and continue to do so. If I were just to get that 1 win I would dodge 3 battles and get an easier one, but on my crohman account I was not able to beat even that with Wukong and Keal not having good enough gear for Silver-I 0 points nukes. I always thought that after 4 loses I would get the dodge from AI but I was not so lucky and lost all battles I tried.
Not interested at all about relics no shards or books from new CB looks pretty weak sauce ... relics seems like it will bring even more rng to arena whole update kinda sucks except the QOL changes which are pretty insane.......we dont want power creep over power creep... imagine a new player coming to raid it will be devastating... They introduce instant battles in hydra fully knowing hydra clash is a thing and not fixing their current fuckups with hydra... Probably quiting raid end of year

I do like how plarium said that they wouldn’t nerd shields for wixwell “fixing” hydra. So now that wixwell has been nerfed and trundra … still has billion damage teams … thanks for just screwing the lower end players and annoying the super high level … I could give a crap about hydra but the shield nerf screwed my demon lord team
Honestly love the new content. Love me some Raid. But please listen to the community when it comes to the older content. Update Tag arena add a plat tier or something, add more Mino stages etc. Really small changes. And i really hope you learned something from Hydra Clash. All in all im excited for the new stuff.
@ I should also mention I’m still missing more than half of the legendary champs in the game, a bunch of legacy ones too and I’m a day 1’er. Crazy how I can pull so many duplicates while still missing so many hero’s
I see that Raid has been keeping a keen eye on their competition. A lot of the QOL things come from another game in the same sphere. Glad they're learning from each other, TBH. Relics... In theory, an amazing idea, something that can really help team building and customization. However, with great power comes great responsibility. I think that the level of RNG required to get good relics will be unbelieveable, not to mention that the pricing for them seems like its going to be just horrific. Hope they prove me wrong. I'm actually most excited for the quality of life changes. This game takes up an extraordinary amount of time so I'd like that to change. Lastly, I gotta say, the Raid artists are really some of the best in the business. With very rare exceptions, they always manage to impress. Keep up the great work, guys!
Plarium taking a few things from the R2G Dragon Awaken play book, relics and gems are long over due. Hopefully players can synthesize lower quality gems into higher ranking gems.
My hype on this video died when you introduced the new "clash", It will be a shit show as usual which means that I will not be engaging with the mode until it's safe from nerfs.
This time what next in raid looking better hope it come out better that clash in chimera only worries for me from the look of it other than that going in good direction
I'll come back one day to resume Raid and try out those new features. But for now, because I'm not being paid as much due to my part-time position in REI, my time on Raid will be put in hiatus.
QOL: can we have the ability to clear the red dot from Champ Index and while at it, can we have the ability to sort champs by name when upgrading them etc.
I think that the primal shards shouldn't contain rares , only epics and above, they are very hard to obtain. Please change this aspect of the primals

If this is balanced well, it looks really good. That's gonna be the main factor. If people can do without extreme hassle, they'll like it and it will lead to a lot of complainers otherwise. I hope it's the former, because that relic system looks like a nice way to increase versatility and make more unique builds.

Yeah, that was a bad intro, but the Chimera itself looks awesome, and the numerous other coming changes are spectacular. Background multibattles in particular will be very helpful.
With the addition of this new Chimera boss they should add primal shards as a reward, cause we can all see that this boss is gonna become a new mandatory amd tedious requirement for most clans especially the ranked ones!!

Wow, so many new exciting news, thank you! Background multi-battle is a must, I honestly don't understand why we don't have it yet. I started to play alt accounts because you can do nothing on main while all these repeating battles are running, quite ridiculous and boring
Sounds about right. Instead of making the under played game modes (Live arena, siege), lets just stick the new items in there so they have to do them :). Sticking hard to their motto of "Better than nothing, but not by much!". No wonder the game has fallen off a cliff.

One thing you can consider in hydra though is reworking taunt. If taunt is active the hydra will devour the taunt champion. Which will not break the hydra mechanics. The increasing amount of damage to free a champion helps keep any. Possible abuse in check and people would be more willing to give hydra another shot since they have taunt champions built.
The relics are a great idea but i think there will be balance issues to look out for as eventually somebody will figure out which champion becomes way to overpowered with the right relics.
Backround dungeon runs are a great idea!
It doesn’t seem like there will be a lot of options for non-PVP players in weaker/smaller clans to get Relics

I don't know if you read the user feedback, but the enforced live arena battle made me more comfortably start the day in classic and tag team without worring to check what today's quest is or building specific teams for the tag ones.
I started doing live arena which I hated and while it still takes too long to pick the teams and I only have one I really enjoy the rewards - daily and now I want that cheat that drops red shards.
I am afraid of that gold which I will climb faster now, as I really don't have the teams for dupes...
Overall, despite the initial disdain I started playing live arena and continue to do so.
If I were just to get that 1 win I would dodge 3 battles and get an easier one, but on my crohman account I was not able to beat even that with Wukong and Keal not having good enough gear for Silver-I 0 points nukes. I always thought that after 4 loses I would get the dodge from AI but I was not so lucky and lost all battles I tried.

Not interested at all about relics no shards or books from new CB looks pretty weak sauce ... relics seems like it will bring even more rng to arena whole update kinda sucks except the QOL changes which are pretty insane.......we dont want power creep over power creep... imagine a new player coming to raid it will be devastating...
They introduce instant battles in hydra fully knowing hydra clash is a thing and not fixing their current fuckups with hydra...

I do like how plarium said that they wouldn’t nerd shields for wixwell “fixing” hydra. So now that wixwell has been nerfed and trundra … still has billion damage teams … thanks for just screwing the lower end players and annoying the super high level …

Honestly love the new content. Love me some Raid. But please listen to the community when it comes to the older content. Update Tag arena add a plat tier or something, add more Mino stages etc. Really small changes. And i really hope you learned something from Hydra Clash. All in all im excited for the new stuff.

@ the “luck” is busted.. took me 50 primals to get a legendary and it was a 5th copy of roschard
@ I should also mention I’m still missing more than half of the legendary champs in the game, a bunch of legacy ones too and I’m a day 1’er. Crazy how I can pull so many duplicates while still missing so many hero’s

I see that Raid has been keeping a keen eye on their competition. A lot of the QOL things come from another game in the same sphere. Glad they're learning from each other, TBH.
Relics... In theory, an amazing idea, something that can really help team building and customization. However, with great power comes great responsibility. I think that the level of RNG required to get good relics will be unbelieveable, not to mention that the pricing for them seems like its going to be just horrific. Hope they prove me wrong.
I'm actually most excited for the quality of life changes. This game takes up an extraordinary amount of time so I'd like that to change.
Lastly, I gotta say, the Raid artists are really some of the best in the business. With very rare exceptions, they always manage to impress. Keep up the great work, guys!

Plarium taking a few things from the R2G Dragon Awaken play book, relics and gems are long over due. Hopefully players can synthesize lower quality gems into higher ranking gems.
My hype on this video died when you introduced the new "clash", It will be a shit show as usual which means that I will not be engaging with the mode until it's safe from nerfs.

Relics are a great thing. Ppl might complain about power creep and having to grind new stuff but a bunch of us love it.
This time what next in raid looking better hope it come out better that clash in chimera only worries for me from the look of it other than that going in good direction

I'll come back one day to resume Raid and try out those new features. But for now, because I'm not being paid as much due to my part-time position in REI, my time on Raid will be put in hiatus.
QOL: can we have the ability to clear the red dot from Champ Index and while at it, can we have the ability to sort champs by name when upgrading them etc.
Fix hydra please good changes we seem ungrateful but most of the stuff we dint aks for fix hydra first.
Fix energy cap. Increase it.
All in all good but it adds more time and complexity to the game
