I only think that tushita is hard for me Yama is very easy bc u only need to kill Indra which I did when I was lvl 1600 tushita has a timer,boss etc but Yama only has npcs
For people who has brains he could've gotten cyborg v4 energy control tier 2 and use observation v2 and hit the npcs to get mastery faster it doesn't require devil fruits
Fully upgrade your race to max do not get just 2 abilities and call it a day and even if you get tier 2 of the gear of race v4 you'll still need to upgrade it to max

Actually, you can talk to any NPCs that sell boats. and you don't have to get the fruit, you just have to kill 1 pirate from the raid
