I wish someone had asked Judge Napolitano to talk about the Supreme Court picking its own cases in the context of Libertarianism. Should a court should be able to choose its own cases and then settle them?
Supreme court is a state apparatus and most cases are rendered and have been to satisfy the ends of the state be the ball on this side of the court or that side. So, should or should not in the context of present state of affairs is meaningless more or less and a delaying effort for inevitable, at best. Now, under private justice, the cases can't really be chosen by the courts, parties have to agree on what court to choose, instead. Done through private law practitioners naturally(unless of course the parties or party represents by themselves).
On corporeal punishment- I believe that extreme cases the parents are sick, mentally ill, etc. many mental illnesses are caused by nutrition deficiencies. Food today is nutritionally deficient- if we could get people actually nutritionally fit (not through FDA standards) we may be able to change a lot of problems we have today in society because we could produce healthier more clear minded people.

The economy is about to implode world wide and there will be a crisis on our hands. Many people will flock to communism for food and shelter, a few of us will be holding fast for a better future!

I would love to see a society with a free market of governments to which you can freely subscribe, regardless of your place of residence.
