I wouldnt recommend it for listening heavy bass music, but talking through it is completely fine. Sound can be se for really loud but quality suffers

google intercom for motorcycle helmet and these types of accessories will pop up, so I would say its an intercom I guess

The instructions are a joke lol I'm having a really hard time installing this. The stickers on the outside of the helmet make no sense whatsoever

Yeah I wouldnt trust the velcro either. I had hard time squishing all the wires inside the helmet tbh they are way too long
