@@anaflores2415 you can work with a coach or a therapist, as long as they’re teaching, you exposure and response prevention, acceptance, reframing, negative thoughts, and self compassion. ERP is the most important piece though. Remember, the OCD brain, certainty, it wants the perfect answer, and there isn’t. There are several people who can help you, so just make a decision and go!
