This is not good……..this is absolutely mindbogglingly devastating guitar gun slinging. Been fortunate having been experiencing Albert Lee in a private intimate setting, sitting a metre away from him…..it is even more impressive!!!!
I like the timbre of the telecaster through a real amp much better, but Man, this dude can play. And makes it look so effortless. Such a gift to humanity.

Albert plays that Music Man signature most of the time, but have you ever heard him on his old Telecaster “B-bender”?

I sat down and had a little jam with him once I was a very very average player. He was very humble , he signed my music man AL model guitar as well.

Tracking down the DVD, which came with a CD of this performance, was not easy. IMO, it is his best live performance among the many available.
And not only that, that concert was done with a different band than his usual Hogan's Heroes.
