How did you fix the pulse bug?because im having the same problem
delete all the amd drivers using the amd cleaning utility and then install the 16.12 drivers

I actually get 169 FPS with the new drivers and 159 with the older ones. But It doesn't matter since I don't want to answer to comments about that bug under every video

Yeah when I'm playing PS4 it's EU but on PC I play EU and NA because my ping is better on PC for some reason :D

A rx 480 is more than enough for this game in 1080p, and any i5 processor will also be more than enough, I recommned joining a PC-group on facebook since they most likely know more than me.

It's bug with AMD cards man, we just have to wait until Ubi or AMD fix it, we can't do anything! CrossArchon said we can turn off the Temporal filtering to fix it but you will get a lot less FPS

I downgraded the AMD driver and it got fixed
