I would like a nice shell that is gutted on the inside because most builders put in that cheap, cheesy and generic cabinetry and stuff that most people upgrade after purchasing but paid twice the markup during purchase only to tear it out.

I live in Concho, Az. with my boyfriend and were looking for a 2000 mobile home or newer to put on my friend's property.
Livingroom? Bedrooms? Master bedroom and bathroom? Has a kitchen & bathroom but with the camera moving about things started getting unclear but still didnt see bedrooms of the master and bath. Kitchen looks fine. The one bathroom looked fine and I think imay have seen some of the master bath but not sure due to wonky camera work and it's like no bedrooms or living room

I like the idea of trying to live in a small mobile home but there are things to consider like the cost of renting a place to park it and how stable that place is because if the rental park shuts down and your mobile home is over a certain age it can't be moved.

+Fernando Soares There are lots where you rent a space and the prices vary. $100 to $500 a month? I don't know. You'll have to ask. The issue is, once a mobile home gets to a certain age (20 years?) it's not legal to move. That can be an issue if a mobile home park closes or wants your unit out.

Fernando Soares I don't know if you are still interested but I lived in mobile homes for almost forty years. I loved it. I started in a mobile home park and later bought my own land. A great way to live. I miss my MH. I moved for my health. If I ever find a decent MH to rent that will be for me.

Why not make sure that you are truly saved by Jesus Christ and practice this way. Remorsefully confess with your heart your sins to Jesus Christ who is God and tell Him that you right now are repenting of your sins and you want to be born again of the Spirit from above. Tell Jesus that you are remorsefully sorry for breaking His commandments and that you are begging for forgiveness from Him. Allow His blood from the cross to wash away your sins. After this is done with your heart successfully the Holy Spirit will come to live within you and He will rebuild you from the inside out.
Look for signs that you are saved. Things like spreading the good news from Jesus, getting other people saved, a craving for the word of God, reading the Bible, etc… These things are known as a calling and fruit bearing. If you're not bearing fruit then keep doing it. Sometimes it takes time to get saved. Read Matthew chapter 13 from the King James Bible. God bless!!!

ruben sifuentes lots of people start out with nothing- no credit and bk, southern cal is a tough market but there are plenty of areas outside california that have owners willing to sell you a complete park with owner financing. the key is learning the ropes of managing the business for that you need to invest some money in educating yourself, good luck... mhunivsersity is a good starting point...

ruben sifuentes, God bless you! I am working with a gentleman now flipping mobile homes in FL, $5,000 is more then enough to get your first 1 and start flipping. I would Recommend staying in the 55 and over parks, go scouting in your area. We have found many for $1-2,000, they do not need much. You must have an LLC and the right paperwork to be able to do this. we are still in the scouting and research right now but have found many mobile homes to flip, spoken with park managers, a lot are very willing to work with you. There is very decent money to be made doing this.
