I feel like their kiss was mainly for mark's sake. She obviously doesn't want to ruin the marriage she already has so she knows that if she pursues mark it would be morally wrong. Her kissing him doesn't mean she's in love with him, it's just a way of saying "im sorry". And when he says "enough" at the end, it shows that even he knows that they shouldn't be together and that kiss was enough for him to move on from her.

The most heartwrenching part & best part of the movie is where he tells her he has to leave for self preservation,soo sad & yet a beautiful love song

I see it differently. In this scene he confesses his feelings to her (which he previously denied) without overstepping any boundaries. Love is complex and that is clearly shown here. For me, this is the best story in the whole film.

I find this storyline so creepy. He apparently never talks to her, doesn't know her, but has been fetishisizing his best friends wife behind his back. Then after the utter horror movie-esque reveal of the wedding video being only a close up of her face (great, thanks, no memories of their wedding day then) he pulls this creep fest out of nowhere. Shudder.
