I ALSO HAD A DOG THAT HAD BEEN THROW AWAY AS A PUPPY FOR 15 YEARS.. PATCHES WAS A GREAT DOG AND MY PROTECTION FROM ALL HARM THAT MIGHT COME OUR WAY.... HE ALSO WOULD PLACE HIS SELF IN FRONT OF ME WHENEVER A PERSON DIDN`T SEEM QUITE RIGHT. ALWAYS ON THE JOB UNTIL HE PAST AWAY .... I MISS HIM DEARLY.
beautiful story... he's such a beautiful friend and protector to his owner. I had 2 German Shepherds that were that protective of me and my husband ,like that. My husband is just recently deceased. I'm in hospice. care or I'd have one now, but I can't take the chance..if something happens to me, what would happen to my furbaby. I. .
